The rollback restores the plugin or theme files. Database changes made by the update are not automatically undone, as this could cause inconsistencies.
By default, backups of the last 5 versions are kept. You can adjust this number in the portal settings.
Yes, that's one of the portal's advantages. The rollback is executed remotely via the plugin, without requiring access to the WordPress dashboard.
Currently, rollback is available for plugins and themes. WordPress core rollback is a feature planned for a future version.
Each backup is verified by checksum at the time of creation. If a backup is detected as corrupted, the rollback is blocked and you are notified.
